The California Department of Water Resource has identified pipes with moderate defects that are suitable for cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) services. The scope involves addressing pipe penetrations through State Plan of Flood Control (SPFC) levees for CIPP. Bidders are directed to review further details at the provided web link or contact the listed individual for access. Technical questions must be submitted in writing to wesley.mccandless@water.ca.gov and received by the State on or before April 27, 2026 at 4:30pm. The State's representatives will provide answers in writing to all potential bidders by April 30, 2026 at 4:30pm The Contractor will provide rehabilitation services on approximately 300 culverts and 50 risers. The services will be performed in SPFC levees in areas maintained by the Local Maintaining Agencies (LMA) throughout the Central Valley.
