The Town of Guilford is seeking competitive bids from qualified and responsible vendors for HVAC Piping Renovations at Melissa Jones Elementary School. A bid bond is required. Insurance is required. Question Deadline 05/07/2026 at 4:00 PM ET Any questions regarding the specifications shall be directed, in writing by email only, . to Cliff Gurnham , Facilities Director at gurnhamc@guilfordschools.org with a copy to Darlene Minore, Manager of Purchasing & Accounting at purchasing@guilfordct.gov . Base Bid Scope of Work generally includes, but is not limited to, the following. Refer further to drawings and remaining specification sections for full scope of work. BUILDING: 1. Upgrade/replacement of existing HVAC piping systems. 2. Demolition. 3. Cutting and patching. 4. Penetration sealing. 5. New shaft wall pilaster with finishes.
