Site work for a military facility in Guilford, Connecticut. Completed plans call for site work for a military facility.
Provide all labor, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and transportation necessary to install a shed foundation pad at a U.S. Coast Guard housing unit. All work shall be completed in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW) and the applicable wage determination. The contractor is responsible for furnishing all resources required to perform the installation and comply with project requirements. Certified weekly payrolls and proof of insurance are required. Quotations must include a completed SF-18 and a detailed cost breakdown. Location: U.S. Coast Guard Housing Unit, Guilford, CT 06437-3674. 2.1 The contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, tools, equipment, transportation, materials, incidentals, and expertise required to complete the work described in this SOW. 2.2 The contractor shall install a shed pad measuring 16 feet by 26 feet, using 4x4 lumber pinned to the ground with 1/2" rebar. 2.3 The contractor shall lay in 3/4" process stone and compact in lifts to ensure a stable and level foundation. 2.4 The contractor shall clean up all debris associated with the job and haul away all waste from Coast Guard property at the contractor's expense. 2.5 The contractor shall inspect the site prior to installation and promptly report any abnormal conditions to the Coast Guard POC. 2.6 The contractor shall provide a three-year warranty for workmanship and materials.
