The City of Raleigh requests qualifications for professional engineering services for the Little Creek RRF Expansion project. The scope of work includes providing a Preliminary Engineering Report (PER) and preliminary design for the expansion of the Little Creek Resource Recovery Facility (RRF) up to 4.99 MGD. The PER and preliminary design will also address a new discharge location at Moccasin Creek. If speculative limits are successfully obtained, assistance with additional NPDES permitting for the expansion will be required, along with completion of detailed design, bidding, and construction phase services for the recommended plant expansion.
