Description

Renovation of an educational facility in Santa Cruz, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

The Project generally consists of the removal and replacement of HVAC units, associated roofing and framing, and the upgrading of the electrical systems on the campus. For project information or access to construction Questions close: Thursday, September 17, 2026, RFI’s shall be sent to jason@peartreebelli.com Bids may be opened immediately after the above deadline for submittal, or at a later time, within the Owner's discretion. Bids must be accompanied by a bidder's bond, cashier's check, or certified check for at least ten percent (10%) of the amount of the base bid and made payable to the Owner, as detailed in the Contract Documents. Pursuant to the Contract Documents, the successful bidder will be required to furnish a Payment (Labor and Material) Bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Sum, and a Faithful Performance Bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Sum. The successful bidder will be allowed to substitute securities or establish an escrow in lieu of retainage, pursuant to Public Contract Code Section 22300, and as described in the Agreement Between Owner and Contractor and General Conditions.
