The State University Construction Fund (SUCF) is seeking to contract with several firms for Architectural Services Term Agreements. Selected firms will enter into a Master Term Agreement, from which the assignment of various projects may occur. Projects may include but are not limited to: reconfiguration of buildings to accommodate unique program functions in typical SUNY academic, hospital, research, service and facilities buildings, some of which may be historic. Other potential assignments include program studies and peer review. The planning scopes may include but are not limited to: academic programming, pre-design services, investigation, assessment, and comparative analysis of design scenarios, underlying causes of exterior conditions, building conditions, space requirements, construction phasing and impact analysis, cost estimates, and other services, as directed, including verifying the integrity of facades, roofing, structural systems, and other exterior envelope components in existing buildings, parking garages, or plazas/terraces. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. Requests for proposals for design services is underway.
