LeChase Construction Services, LLC is seeking qualified and certified NYS M/WBE and SDVOB subcontractors and vendors for the University at Albany – Ryckman & Van Rensselaer Halls Window Replacements and Asbestos Abatement project. The scope of work includes but is not limited to: Asbestos Abatement and Demolition, Aluminum Framed Entrances and Storefronts, Painting, Window Shades, Seeding, and Temporary Construction as indicated on the documents. MBE Goal: 18%, WBE: 12%, SDVOB: 6%. There is an EEO/minority & women workforce goal of 10%. Bids are due on May 4th by 12:00 PM.
