The Research Foundation for SUNY is seeking a qualified, experienced, responsive, and responsible contractor that has successfully completed three Deionized Water backup projects similar in size, scope, and complexity to this contract within the last five years to implement a DI water backup for the Central Utility Building (CUB) at 257 Fuller Road in Albany, NY. This is to allow for critical maintenance without downtime to the fabrication facilities. Contractors are also required to provide acquisition and modification of the piping network and installation of new Reverse Osmosis (RO) pre-filters for the CUB Ultra-Pure Water (UPW) system, including the demolition of the existing prefilter housing skid.
