Renovation of a mixed-use development in Shreveport, Louisiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 5,764-square-foot office development.
Estimated Project Value: $1,000,001 - $3,000,000 Renovation of approximately 5,764 square feet of existing office space in the existing 21,000 square foot vehicle maintenance building. The interior renovations include demolition and construction of new offices, restrooms, training and meeting rooms, break room and kitchen, sign shop, entrances, and closets. Renovations include new interior walls, interior finishes, millwork, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC. Bids shall be accepted only from contractors that attend the mandatory pre-bid conference. All bids must be accompanied by bid security equal to five percent (5%) of the sum of the base bid and all alternates, in the form of a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond written in conformance with state law. The successful bidder shall be required to furnish a performance, maintenance, and payment bond on a form provided and written in accordance with state law. Bids shall be accepted from contractors who are appropriately licensed. Contractors have the option of submitting bids electronically. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) days after receipt of bids, except under specified provisions. The right to reject any and all bids or to waive informalities and technicalities is reserved. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
