The successful Proposer will join the existing Project delivery team and fulfill the duties of the Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) Contractor. Duties of the CMAR Contractor and general scope of work for the preconstruction phase are defined in the proposed contract attached as Exhibit B and within the RFQ, including but not necessarily limited to Section 2-7.
