Furnish all supervision, tools, labor, materials, equipment, and transportation necessary to construct two new 300,000-gallon pre-stressed concrete underground water tanks with domed roofs. Work includes, but is not limited to, general construction, alterations, mechanical and electrical work, utility systems, demolition and removal of existing structures, and all other items necessary for complete and functional installation. All work shall be performed in strict accordance with the solicitation terms, conditions, specifications, and drawings, when available, and in compliance with all applicable local and VA building codes. The contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, equipment, training, materials, supplies, and incidentals required to fully accomplish the non-recurring maintenance requirement. The magnitude of this construction project is between $2,000,000 and $5,000,000.
