The City of Laguna Niguel ("City") is soliciting proposals from qualified consultants with demonstrated expertise in complex bridge widening projects to provide construction management and construction inspection ("CM/CI") services for the Crown Valley Parkway Westbound Widening from I-5 to Cabot Road ("Project"). The selected firm will provide all professional expertise, personnel, and resources necessary to deliver comprehensive CM/CI services, including a robust public outreach program. Services shall emphasize a proactive approach to identifying and resolving unforeseen site conditions, plan discrepancies, and potential design conflicts in advance of construction, thereby minimizing delays, cost impacts, field changes, and disruptions to the surrounding community, while ensuring the successful delivery of this critical infrastructure improvement.
