Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Sturgeon Bay, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

The project includes the following in accordance with the plans and specifications: 20,400 LF of 4-Inch PVC Forcemain Construction; 1,100 LF of 6-Inch/4-Inch HDPE/PVC Directional Borings; 50 Septic Tank Abandonments; 5 Air Release Valve Manholes; 2,600 LF of 4-Inch PVC Sanitary Lateral Construction; Landscape, Pavement, and Curb and Gutter Restoration; Main Lift Station Replacement and Relocation; Addition of Emergency Generator to Main Lift Station; WWTP Abandonment; Rock Excavation. A copy of the Davis Bacon wage rates for this project have been included. This project anticipates use of Wisconsin DNR Clean Water Fund funding or Safe Drinking Water Loan Program.
