Bids will be received for a single contract on a lump sum basis, with additive alternate bid items as indicated in the Bid Form. Instructions to bidders include obtaining bidding documents from Forster Electrical Engineering, Inc., with a deposit required for printed or electronic copies. Partial sets of bidding documents will not be available, and bid security must be furnished in accordance with the instructions to bidders.
