Description

Site work and paving for a road / highway in Sturgeon Bay, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

The work includes furnishing all materials, equipment, labor, and traffic control necessary for micro surfacing (including infrared asphalt repair and finish course) on various roadway stations throughout the City of Sturgeon Bay. Instructions to bidders: No bid proposal will be received unless accompanied by a bid bond equal to at least 5% of the bid proposal (payable to the City of Sturgeon Bay) as a guarantee. If a bid proposal is accepted, the contractor must execute and file the contract and bond forming a part of the specifications within 10 days after the award of the contract. No bid proposal shall be withdrawn without the consent of the Board of Public Works for a period of thirty days after the scheduled time of closing bid proposals.
