Only M\&R MACC Contractors listed on the General Requirements cover page are eligible to submit a proposal for this project within the ROICC Camp Lejeune area of responsibility. The scope of work, technical requirements, and any applicable drawings are provided in the attached documents and shall govern all work to be performed. The work consists of interior paint and flooring repairs in Buildings HP275 and HP465. Construction activities include surface preparation, repair, and replacement of finishes as required to restore and maintain building interiors while the facilities remain fully operational. The contractor shall coordinate all work to minimize disruption to ongoing facility activities and comply with applicable wage determinations, quality control, safety, and scheduling requirements. All work shall be completed within 540 days after award, including inspections and punch list activities. Contract Completion Date: 540 days after award Estimated Cost Range: Between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000 Proposals valued at $150K and greater will require a bid bond, a payment bond, and a performance bond.
