Gypsy Lane Road, Bowling Green, OH 43402. Site preparation for a new play area including removal of existing play equipment and surfacing, drainage improvements, earthwork, sidewalks, stairs, play surface preparation, fencing, and landscape planting improvements. Site prep must be in coordination with separate contractor to install play equipment and play surfacing. Estimate of Probable Cost for the Base Bid of the Project is $745,000 Each bid must include the full names of all parties, an affidavit regarding interested parties, and, for out-of-state corporations, a certificate authorizing business in Ohio. A Bid Guaranty Bond for 100% of the bid, or a certified check, cashier's check, or letter of credit for 10% of the bid, payable to the Owner, is required. The bid guaranty benefits the Owner if the winning bidder fails to execute the contract and provide the required bond and insurance within ten days of award notification. Bidders must purchase plans and bid documents, follow all instructions, and be listed as Plan Holders to be considered responsive. Bids from contractors not on this list will be disqualified.
