Sealed bids will be received for furnishing all labor, materials and equipment, and performing all work necessary for the project RUNWAY 10/28 REHABILITATION at the Wood County Regional Airport. Work items include asphalt milling, asphalt overlay, pavement markings, and runway edge lighting, guidance signs and REILs. Each proposal must be accompanied by a bid security in the form of a bid bond for the full amount of the bid issued by a surety licensed to do business in the State of Ohio, or a certified check, cashier's check or letter of credit made payable to Wood County Regional Airport Authority, equal to ten percent of the total amount of the bid. The right is reserved to reject any and all bids and to waive any informality or irregularity in the bids received. The project is subject to the requirements of the Davis-Bacon Act as amended, and the contractor is required to comply with wage and labor provisions and pay minimum wages in accordance with the schedule of wage rates established by the US Department of Labor.
