Labor Hour Type, Non-Personal Medical Services—Acute Care Nursing (Registered Nurse and Licensed Practical Nurse) services are to be provided for the Pine Ridge Comprehensive Health Care Facility, Indian Health Service, Pine Ridge, South Dakota. Quotations are requested from Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEEs) in accordance with the Buy Indian Act, and bidders must fill out the Indian Firm Representation Form. The quoted unit pricing must be all inclusive, covering travel, lodging, per diem, fringe benefits, taxes, and all other costs associated with contract performance. The contract will be awarded for a base period of three months, with up to eight additional three-month option periods, subject to funding and continued government need. Offers must be based on the attached Performance Work Statement.
