Description

Sealed bids are requested for the demolition of selected properties for McDowell County Commission of Welch, West Virginia. Bidders must submit their bids using the actual bid sheet provided in the packet, along with a signed job description sheet. Each bid must include proof of adequate liability and property damage insurance, valid workers compensation coverage, contractor's license, and all required certifications and affidavits, enclosed in a sealed envelope clearly marked for "McDowell County Demolition Project Six" and addressed to the McDowell County Clerk's Office. Bids must be submitted in physical form; facsimile or electronic submissions will not be accepted. The County Commission reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive irregularities, and accept any bid deemed to be in the best interest of the County.
