Bids are solicited for the procurement of Build America, Buy America (BABA) compliant galvanized steel transmission poles in support of a federally funded grid resilience project. Bids and specifications, including contract documents and bid schedules, will be available on the PWC Procurement Website. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope and received by the specified date and time, at which point they will be publicly opened and read. Questions regarding this bid must be submitted in writing to the designated contact by the specified deadline in order to be considered for a response. The Fayetteville Public Works Commission reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids. Small Local Suppliers, Minority, Women-Owned, and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises are encouraged to participate.
