Bids are requested for work at Wellsboro School District for the 'Parking Lighting' project, to be completed in accordance with drawings and specifications prepared by Amos E. Rudolph, Architecture LLC. Project Manuals and Drawings are available for a non-refundable fee, with additional charge for mailing. Each bidder must submit security of 10% of the bid amount. The successful bidder must furnish satisfactory Performance and Labor and Material Payment Bonds for 100% of the contract. Bidders must observe all employment and minimum wage requirements for the contract. Bids are to remain valid for 90 days after opening. Document requests are not permitted after a specified date, and the last day to submit questions is also specified. A mandatory pre-bid conference is scheduled. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope, properly marked. The owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive informalities.
