Req No. 41986PR260000003 The intent of this Statement of Work (SOW) is to have the contractor remove the existing chain link gate and fencing and replace them with a new 23' opening motorized cantilever gate and fencing. The contractor will provide all labor, materials, services, equipment, and supervision required to complete this project at the U.S. Coast Guard ANT Coos Bay, located at Boat Basin Rd., Charleston, OR 97420, ensuring the installation meets all relevant standards and specifications. The U.S. Coast Guard requires a contractor to provide all personnel, equipment, tools, transportation, supervision, and other necessary items and services to remove and replace existing fencing and gate with a new motorized cantilever gate and pedestrian gate at the Aids to Navigations Team, Coos Bay. The scope includes demolition and debris disposal, furnishing and installing new fencing materials, installation of a motorized cantilever gate system with associated hardware, electrical work, and system integration, as well as labor. Bidders must submit their offer as three parts: a completed and signed SF 1449 form with total firm-fixed-price bid, a one-page detailed price breakdown (separating demolition, fencing materials and installation, gate system, electrical work, and labor), and a two-page technical proposal describing their technical approach, listing major materials and equipment (including manufacturer/model for gate operator and access control system), and a high-level schedule with milestones showing completion within 90 calendar days from Notice to Award. Quotes must not include extraneous materials such as promotional brochures or general company histories. Submission must be electronic via the specified e-mail address, and incomplete submissions may be considered unresponsive.
