Sealed bids or proposals are invited for the construction of approximately 12,200 feet of 2-, 3-, and 4-inch low pressure sanitary sewer main and appurtenances, including road/site restoration and extension of services to roughly 115 properties. Proposals must be submitted in accordance with the specified instructions. A certified check or bid bond amounting to ten percent (10%) of the bid, made payable to Franconia Sewer Authority, must be submitted as bid security. Bidders are required to comply with the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act No. 222 regarding nondiscrimination in employment. The Franconia Sewer Authority reserves the right to refuse any or all bids and to waive any informality, awarding the contract to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder.
