Site work for a mixed-use development in Swansea, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project consists of the removal and replacement of storm sewer with associated pavement removal and repair. Bidders may view plans and specifications at S.I.B.A, 1468 Green Mount Road, O'Fallon, IL, 62269. Plans and specifications may be purchased for $140.00 if mailed and $120.00 if picked up at the office of Thouvenot, Wade & Moerchen, Inc., 4940 Old Collinsville Road, Swansea, Illinois 62226. The right is reserved to accept any bid or any part or parts thereof or to reject any and all bids. The selected bidder will be required to comply with all applicable Equal Employment Opportunity laws and regulations and all applicable Prevailing Wage regulations. Bidder shall conduct the required Site visit during normal working hours and shall not disturb any ongoing operations at the Site.
