The Holliston Wastewater Treatment Facility (WWTF) is an activated sludge Modular FAST treatment system that is being converted to a recirculating media filter (RMF) and denitrification system under the existing Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection (MassDEP) Permit # GW #652-3. Contractors are to supply all materials and labor for the project, and to provide proof of general liability and workers compensation insurance at the state required minimum level upon award of the project. The Town will award the contract to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. The Town reserves the right to reject any and all bids as determined to be in the best interests of the Town. Unless sooner rejected or accepted, all bid proposals must be firm and continue in effect for ninety (90) calendar days following the date of bid opening.
