This market research effort seeks information from qualified Small Business, HUBZone, 8(a), Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned, and Women-Owned Small Business firms capable of performing a full range of horizontal construction, renovation, repair, and limited design/build task orders under a single Multiple Award Task Order Contract. The work supports general construction requirements with a focus on quick, cost-effective response for projects with individual task order values ranging from approximately $1,000 to $1,000,000 and an overall capacity of $1.9 million. The scope includes new construction and incidental design, repair, rehabilitation, and installation associated with facilities and infrastructure such as project management offices, powerhouses, maintenance facilities, operations areas, boathouses, bathhouses, washhouses, gatehouses, toilets, shops, fencing, playground equipment, bulletin boards, game courts, fire and security systems, picnic sites, campsites, courtesy docks, wooden bridges, HVAC systems, roofing, siding, boat storage sheds, bank stabilization and placement of riprap, and repair and repainting of spillway gates. Work will be primarily performed in support of the Mobile District's civil works and facility maintenance mission under NAICS 237990.
