Furnishing all labor and materials, and performing all work required to conduct full dredging of the Fly Creek navigation channel and placement of spoils on North and South Beaches. The project requires the winning bidder to provide all material, equipment, labor, incidentals, overhead and profit, and to complete the work in sixty (60) calendar days, with no exceptions for holidays, following a fifteen (15) day Notice to Proceed Period. Bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Security equal to 5% (percent) of the bid price, but in no event more than $10,000.00. Bid Security shall be in the form of a Bid Bond or a cashier's check payable to The City of Fairhope. No Bid Security is required on bids less than $10,000.00. The BIDDER to whom award is made shall provide a Performance Bond equal to 100% of the CONTRACT Amount and a Labor and Material Bond equal to 50% of the CONTRACT amount.
