Renovation of a multi-residential development in Quincy, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
Installation of new addressable fire alarm system at two developments. Work to include replacing Federal Pacific panels at Tobin Towers. There is limited work on installing new doors on each electrical room on each floor level. The Project consists of but not limited to: A new addressable fire alarm system will be installed at 269 Water Street and 75 South Street. In addition, selected Federal Pacific Panel replacements will be conducted at Tobin Towers. The scope of work includes installation of a new exterior door to the main electrical room, as well as, the replacement of all electrical room doors on floors 2 through 12. Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. DMH Special Needs (689-2) - 269 Water Street, Quincy, MA 02169 75-77 South Street (167-1) - 75-77 South Street, Quincy, MA 02169 Tobin Towers (667-4) - 80 Clay Street, Quincy, MA 02170 The work is estimated to cost $586,253.00. The participation benchmark reserved for such enterprises shall not be less than 6.1% MBE, 7.2% WBE and 3% VBE The Workforce Participation benchmark is set at 6.9% for women and 15.3% for minorities.
