Site work and addition to an educational facility in Marion, Iowa. Completed plans call for the addition of a educational facility.
The project is for a single Prime Contract including civil, general, and electrical work for pavement and utility removal, grading, and new pavement and utilities. Bids must be submitted on a lump sum basis; no segregated sub-bids will be accepted. Bidders and sub-bidders requiring clarifications or making substitution requests must submit written requests to the Architect at least seven calendar days before the bid receipt deadline. Clarifications or modifications to the bid documents will be issued via addendum five calendar days before the bid receipt deadline. Bidders may obtain copies of the bidding documents by contacting the specified reprographics company and depositing the required sum or providing a valid plan deposit card. Contractors and sub-bidders are responsible for associated shipping costs if applicable. Direct correspondence to: Joseph Tursi, jtursi@opnarchitects.com Bidders and Sub-bidders requiring interpretation of the bidding documents or substitution requests are required to make a written request to the Architect before 5:00 p.m. local time seven calendar days prior to the date for receipt of Bids.
