Site work and paving for a road / highway in Marion, Iowa. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
The City is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced consulting teams to perform design and engineering services for the 29th Avenue & 31st Street Mini Roundabout Project. The work includes topographic and boundary survey, concept plans, preliminary design, easement and acquisition plats (if necessary), roundabout review, construction drawings and specifications, project letting phase services, and construction phase services. Plans and specifications must follow Iowa SUDAS with Marion Supplemental Specifications. The City will handle project letting, construction administration services, and inspection services. The consultant contract is fully funded through City of Marion Local Option Sales Tax Funding. Construction improvements are partially funded by IDOT Traffic Safety Improvement Program funding, with the remainder from Local Option Sales Tax Funding. Question Deadline 04/16/2026 at 12:00 PM CT Deadline for questions regarding the proposal. Questions must be submitted prior to this time for consideration.
