The Owner or Engineer must receive the written request a minimum of seven (7) calendar days prior to the date of the bid opening. Goals for minority participation for each trade: 30.3% Goals for female participation in each trade: 6.9% This project will involve, but not be limited to, the following work items: constructing the foundation for a 65' x 65' hangar, erection of said hangar, and installation of the electrical components necessary to provide power and lighting for the hangar and to operate the bi-fold doors. Each proposal must be accompanied by a bid guaranty in the amount of five percent of the total amount of the bid. The bid guaranty may be by certified check or bid bond made payable to Concordia Parish Airport Authority. The successful bidder will be required to furnish separate performance and payment bonds each in the amount equal to 100% of the contract price at the time of contract execution. The proposal must be made on the forms provided within the bound project manual. Bidders must supply all required information prior to the time of bid opening. Additional information and instruction for submittal of a proposal are provided within the Instructions-to-Bidders. Envelopes containing bids must be sealed and addressed to the Concordia Parish Airport Authority. The upper left hand corner of the sealed envelope must identify contract proposal, the name of the bidder, and the project details.
