Renovation of a municipal facility in Vidalia, Louisiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade municipal facility.
Separate sealed bids are requested for the Concordia Parish Courthouse - Chiller Replacement project. Bids are accepted only from contractors licensed under LA-R.S.37:2150-2163 for the classification of MECHANICAL. The project is not a Davis Bacon prevailing wage project. All contract documents, drawings, and specifications may be examined at the specified engineer's location. Bidding documents may be obtained electronically from the engineer upon request. The successful bidder must provide a Performance Bond and Payment Bond each equal to 100% of the contract amount. Each bid must include a security deposit of at least five percent (5%) of the total bid price in the specified form. Sureties for obtaining bonds must be approved as acceptable on U.S. Department of the Treasury Circular 570. Bidders must show the contractor's license number and project name on the bid envelope. No bidder may withdraw their bid within 45 days after the bid opening date. Special accommodations can be arranged for persons with disabilities upon prior notice. Question Deadline 11/06/2025
