Sealed proposals are requested for providing 60,069 SY of Bituminous Seal Coat Single APP E-3 Modified Only (with the township supplying the stone) and 10,560 SY of Bituminous Seal Coat Single App ES Modified Only (with the township supplying the stone). Liquidated damages are set at $870.00 per calendar day. Proposals must be submitted on forms provided by the Municipality. For third class cities, a certified check or bid bond of 10% of the bid amount, payable to the municipality, must accompany the bid. For other municipal types, this requirement is at the municipality's discretion. The successful bidder must provide a performance bond or certified check for 100% of the contract value within 20 days of the contract award. The Municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
