Site work for a sidewalk / parking lot in South Jordan, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot.

Question Deadline 05/11/2026 at 12:00 PM MT The City of South Jordan seeks a qualified and experienced contractor to furnish and install colored exposed aggregate concrete work in the Towne Center Plaza. The work includes construction of exposed aggregate concrete at Towne Center Drive, installation of truncated dome panels for ADA accessible ramps, landscape curbing (tree wells), and the furnishing and installation of bollards. Coordination with City staff is necessary, as they are responsible for site preparation and the installation of untreated base course. An alternative portion of work is the furnishing and installation of curb and gutter, and removal of curb and gutter sections as indicated in the plans, at the same location. Contractors must thoroughly review all requirements, standards, and specifications, and submit all required documents and information online through Bonfire. Questions must be submitted only through the Bonfire Q&A function. The City will award the base bid to the lowest bidder, and the alternative bid only if budget allows. The City may also reject any bid at its sole discretion.
