Renovation of an educational facility in Bluefield, West Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Scope of work includes equipment replacement including extending overhead MV cabling and associated appurtenances, rework of existing power pole and installation of new power pole, transformer, service switch, switchgear, power factor correction equipment and miscellaneous panels within the existing electrical service entry room. Designate fencing to protect students on the path of egress as per national electrical safety code. All work to be accomplished in accordance with the drawings and specifications prepared by E.T. Boggess Architect, Inc. and CMTA Engineering. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Bond, executed by the Bidder and an acceptable Surety, in an amount equal to 5% of the bid. Bidding instructions/documents are on file for inspection at the offices of E.T. Boggess Architect, Inc. and the BSU Purchasing office during normal working hours. To obtain Construction Documents, please contact E.T. Boggess Architect, Inc. The cost for an electronic link to the bid documents is $75 and is nonrefundable. Bluefield State University reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities therein. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of forty-five (45) days after the time of opening of the bids.
