Description

Remodeling of a clubhouse / community center in Topeka, Kansas. Completed plans call for the remodel of a one-story above grade clubhouse / community center.

Shawnee County is soliciting sealed bids for the refinishing of the gym floor including all necessary inspections, assessments, sanding, painting, and finishing at the Central Park Community Center located at 1534 SW Clay Street. Proposers are required to perform on-site inspections during community center open hours: Monday through Sunday, 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. and submit any questions via the online bid portal. Center staff will notanswer questions pertaining to the scope of this RFP.
