Sealed proposals are invited for furnishing ductile iron pipe under Contract R003-27. The scope includes supplying up to 20,000 feet each of various sizes (6, 8, 12, 16, 20, 24, 30, 36, 48 inch) of specified Class 51 and Class 52 ductile iron pipe, some with zinc coating. All pipe must comply with Build America Buy America (BABA), American Iron and Steel (AIS), and Steel Procurement Act requirements. Bidders must submit proposals online via PennBid. Bidding forms, specifications, and contract documents are available at no cost through the PennBid website. Questions regarding the bidding documents must be submitted via the “Vendor Discussions” tab on PennBid. Awarded vendors are subject to a term contract award fee equal to 1/6% (.00166) of the expected contract value, with a minimum of $100 and maximum of $5,000. Prices quoted must remain firm from July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027. The Authority reserves the right to reject or accept any or all bids or any portion thereof in its best interest.
