Sealed proposals are requested for the furnishing of Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) water pipe conforming with A.W.W.A. Standard C900-16. The contract is to furnish P.V.C. Pipe for the period from July 1, 2026, through December 31, 2026. Required pipe types and sizes include: C900 CL235 DR18 PVC Pipe in sizes 14, 16, 18, 20, 24, 30, and 36 inches; and C900 CL305 DR14 PVC Pipe in sizes 4, 6, 8, 12, 16, 20, and 24 inches. All pipe must meet Build America Buy America (BABA), American Iron and Steel (AIS), and Steel Procurement Act requirements. Questions about the bidding documents are to be submitted via the “Vendor Discussions” tab on PennBid. Contract awardees will be assessed a variable award fee based on the expected value of the contract, with a minimum of $100 and a maximum of $5,000. Prices quoted must be firm for the contract period. The authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids or accept any bid or portion of a bid in its best interest.
