Work will be performed at the intersection of CSAH 32 and TH 4 north of Lake Henry and includes grading, bituminous surfacing, and installation of a lighting system. Major items of work involve common excavation, granular embankment, aggregate base Class 6, bituminous surfacing, installation of a lighting system, RC pipe culvert, seeding, and pavement markings. Contractors must pay predetermined minimum wage rates and comply with the Work Hours Act of 1962 and related regulations. Bidders are advised to review wage scales and Division A of the special provisions as they affect the project.
