Preventive maintenance and repair services for HVAC water chillers and air handling units in a healthcare environment. The contractor shall furnish all personnel, supervision, tools, equipment, materials, transportation, and supplies necessary to perform scheduled preventive maintenance, inspections, adjustments, testing, minor repairs, emergency call backs, and selected major overhauls to maintain original equipment manufacturer performance standards. Services include maintenance and repair of centrifugal, screw, and scroll chillers and AHUs; 24/7 emergency support with rapid response; major overhauls of centrifugal compressors; sheet metal and ductwork services on a task order basis; relocation, installation, and removal of government-furnished spot coolers during AHU downtime; and supply-only provision of HEPA and V-bank filters. All work must comply with applicable ASHRAE, NFPA, OSHA, EPA Section 608, VA directives, Joint Commission Environment of Care standards, and strict health, safety, environmental, security, PPE, hot work permit, and infection control requirements.
