Full-depth reclamation (FDR) with Po rt l a n d cement, shall consist of pulverizing and mixing existing asphalt pavement and underlying materials with Portland cement, soil and water to produce a dense, hard, cement treated base. It shall be processed, proportioned, mixed, placed, compacted, and cured in accordance with this specification, and shall conform to the lines, grades, thicknesses, and typical cross sections shown in the plan Question Deadline 05/25/2026 Every request for such an interpretation shall be made in writing to Greene Township. Any inquiry received seven or more days prior to the date fixed for opening of Bids will be given consideration. Sealed proposals are requested from qualified Full Depth Reclamation (FDR) Pavement Contractors for the Creek Road (T411) Full Depth Reclamation Project. The work includes 3,647 linear feet of full depth reclamation at a depth of 12 inches with an 8% Portland cement addition. Construction details are shown on the project drawings, which should be referenced for a full understanding of the scope. All work must comply with the written specifications. Instructions include a mandatory site showing on May 26 at noon. Each bid must include a bid bond equal to 10% of the total base bid, made payable to or indemnifying Greene Township. The contract is subject to the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act, and liquidated damages of $1,000 per day will apply. Bid documents are available from Greene Township for a $50 fee.
