Renovation of a multi-residential development in Russellville, Alabama. Completed plans call for the renovation of a eight-unit multi-residential development.

The project consists of the interior demolition and renovation of approximately 8 apartments for ADA improvements for the Russellville Housing Authority. Bids must be submitted by licensed contractors on proposal forms furnished by the Architect. Bidders must display their current license number and category of construction work on the outside of the sealed envelope, and include a copy of the bidder's license with their bid paperwork. A certified check or bid bond payable to the Housing Authority in an amount not less than five percent of the bid must accompany the proposal. Performance and statutory labor and material payment bonds are required at contract signing, and costs should be included in the contractor's proposal. Bidders should review the project manual and specifications for other required documents. The awarded contractor is required to comply with Section 3 of the Housing and Urban Development Act of 1968. PDF documents and plans are available by contacting the Architect. Bid proposal packages are to be hand delivered on the bid date. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities.
