The scope of work consists of procuring a substation transformer (67-13.09 kV, 15/16.8/22.4/28 MVA) for First Avenue Substation in Sturgeon Bay Utilities. Bids will be received for a single contract on a lump sum basis, with additive alternate bid items as indicated in the Bid Form. Instructions to bidders include obtaining bidding documents from Forster Electrical Engineering, Inc., with a deposit required for printed or electronic copies. Partial sets of bidding documents will not be available, and bid security must be furnished in accordance with the instructions to bidders.
