PWC is seeking a firm to provide timely, cost-effective, and quality professional services for this project. The tasks include completing the ongoing design of residuals treatment improvements to include a new Gravity Thickener, new Dewatering Facility and Storage Area; providing support to maintain and update the application for Drinking Water State Revolving funding through NCDEQ; providing engineering services to prepare and submit forms and design documents for permit acquisition; and providing support through the project bid process.
