Bidders wishing to submit a proposal for this solicitation are requested to respond online through the secure E-Procurement portal, Bonfire, under the bid title “On-Call Tree Trimming and Removal Services.” Bidders will be required to create a Bonfire profile before submitting their bid. Step-by-step instructions for vendor registration are available at the provided website. Please upload one copy of all required bid documentation. Qualifications and proposals will be accepted until the specified deadline. Proposals received after that time will not be considered. Disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, national origin, or sex. Minority/Women’s Business Enterprises are encouraged to apply. Notify the Director of Public Works if you intend to bid to receive addenda. Bids must be uploaded to the Bonfire platform by the stated deadline. The Town of Mansfield reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, to waive any informality, or to accept any bid deemed in the best interests of the Town. All bids shall be valid for ninety days.
