Genesee Intermediate School District is requesting bids for the Center for Countywide Programs Parking Lot Rehabilitation project. The work involves replacement of the concrete parking lot and sidewalk. Principal items of work include: 1,094 square yards of pavement removal, 1,094 square yards of driveway reinforced concrete (8 inch), 119 square yards of sidewalk removal, and 119 square yards of sidewalk reinforced concrete (6 inch). Bidding documents must be obtained from ROWE Professional Services Company. Partial sets will not be available, and documents will only be provided after payment is received. Bid forms obtained from sources other than ROWE Professional Services Company will not be accepted. Each bid must include a sworn and notarized statement disclosing any familial relationship between the bidder and any member of the Board of Education or the Superintendent, a signed statement certifying the contractor is not an Iran Linked Business, and a signed Safety Affidavit. Prevailing wage annual certifications/registrations for the prime contractor and all sub-contractors must be submitted with the bid. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any formality or technicality in any proposal in the interest of the owner.
