Design-build and design-bid-build construction services under a multiple-award task order contract to support new facility construction and real property repair, alteration, renovation, and maintenance projects. The scope includes, but is not limited to, construction of new buildings; repairs, alterations, and renovations of existing facilities; road and pavement work; excavation; plumbing; demolition; electrical, structural, mechanical, and concrete work; incidental minor construction; and environmental and remedial work, including hazardous waste abatement and disposal. The work may also include water and power infrastructure projects such as power generation, transmission, and distribution systems. Task orders may involve vertical and horizontal construction, operations and maintenance support, and execution of multiple projects concurrently using various delivery methods, including design-build and design-bid-build, in support of federal and other authorized government operations. In accordance with FAR 36.204 and DFARS 236.204, the estimated magnitude of the overall MATOC base contract is Between $25,000,000 and $100,000,000.
