The work involves the Carroll High School 2026 Boiler Replacement. All labor, material, and services necessary to complete the project must adhere strictly to the prepared drawings and specifications. Bids are to be received from a single prime contractor. Each bid proposal must include all required labor, material, and services to complete the entire project in accordance with the provided documentation. Only complete sets of plans and specifications will be distributed to bidders, with a refundable deposit required for each set. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond equal to five percent (5%) of the bid amount. Bids may not be modified, withdrawn, or canceled for sixty (60) days after the designated receipt time without the consent of Northwest Allen County Schools. The successful bidder must provide Performance and Labor and Material Payment Bonds equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amount within ten days after contract execution, with bonds remaining in effect for twelve months after the date of Substantial Completion. Northwest Allen County Schools reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to waive any informalities, irregularities, or inconsistencies.
