Description

Demolition, site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Bay Shore, New York. Completed plans call for the demolition of a water / sewer project.

The Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation (OPRHP) requests quotes for a comprehensive pump-out station improvement project at Captree State Park. Work includes removing and restoring the abandoned non-functioning pump station west of the boat launch and locating the associated tank, replacing the existing pump station at the boat launch parking lot, abandoning the underground tank adjacent to the parking lot, and replacing the intermittent pump-out station at the bait and tackle shop dock. Detailed design documents are attached. Bidders are instructed to fill out the RFQ electronically and submit it with all required certificates. Good Faith Efforts to include MWBE/SDVOB vendors where there is subcontracting availability should be documented, as you must be able to produce a record of these actions if asked.
